Founder Vatan Cana came to the United States as an immigrant and built his career from the ground up — starting in the electrical trade, moving into building operations and property management, and eventually becoming a General Contractor and home improvement professional.
For over 15 years, Vatan has worked inside the buildings he now helps renovate and maintain. As a Resident Manager overseeing everything from rental properties to a Manhattan co-op, he learned buildings from the inside out — not only how they're constructed, but how they actually operate every day.
